Your laptop needs software updation. Check for pending Windows 11 and other installed apps update status.

Bitlocker is supported in Windows computers only. So, you cannot open the Bitlocker encryption on computers on MAC and Linux.

Are you sure the USB memory is not corrupted? Do you see any error messages while connecting the drive to Windows 11 device?

I think while transfer, the video files got corrupted. Delete them from the PC and copy them from Pen drive and save on PC again.
