Edit the Windows 11 Boot Order Menu

Can we edit the Windows Boot order menu? I like to edit the default boot order menu with custom names.

I plan to go dual booting with Windows 11 and one other OS.

But, I plan to change the default OS names with custom names. Suppose Ubuntu and Windows 11. I want to rename Ubuntu with anything else (say Ronald).

Is it possible?

If you have the second OS from a bootable pen drive, you can choose the priority of the booting device to change the boot order.

You can change the boot order from the BIOS settings (UEFI ). Let me explain the procedure for changing the boot order on a Windows 11 PC.

1. Reboot your computer and keep pressing the F2 or Del keys (your computer manufacturer's user manual says the key to enter the BIOS).
2. Once you have reached the UEFI (New name for BIOS), go to the boot menu.
3. You can change the boot order from this page.
