Does Windows Automatically Update BIOS Without User Permission?

I strongly feel after migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11, every Windows update triggers the BIOS update.

I am not sure yet. But I think Windows automatically updated the BIOS in its latest OS update. What do you think?

Does your computer have a BIOS Setup Utility installed? If yes, open it and check the status of the BIOS update feature. Turn off any automatic BIOS update settings.

If your laptop has manufacturer installed Windows 11, it has the capacity to automatically download and install BIOS update with Windows 11 update. Check this Asus support article as my reference.
