Double Tap Gesture Is Not Working On Apple Watch
Make sure the Double Tap gesture is active on the Apple Watch. Many users complain the Double Tap Gesture is not working on the Apple Watch, which has the Assistive Touch accessibility feature enabled.
Check for the status of the Assistive Touch accessibility feature on your Apple Watch. Is it active? If so, disable it first.
Once you turn off the Assistive Touch accessibility feature, double-tap the thumb and index fingers together. I believe you will be able to answer and cut calls.

Fixed The Problem With Apple Watch Double Tap Gesture
Thank you, Yashika, for your help. Yes, the Assistive Touch Accessibity was on.
I turned it off, and now everything works fine. I did not know the Apple Watch Double Tap has a connection with the Assistive Touch Accessibility feature.
