For the past five days, I have been unable to log in to the BSNL Selfcare App installed on my phone. Due to this, I cannot check the remaining data balance. The problem is with receiving the one time password to verify the login. BSNL seems not sending the OTP, and without the OTP the BSNL Selfcare app does not work.
Is it for me only, or is anyone else facing this issue?
