How Do I Verify the Components Inside a Desktop Computer?

I am about to open a new marketing agency and purchased ten desktop computers for my office. Since I am on a low budget, I purchased the local brand PCs. Now I wonder whether the computer shop assembled the desktop PC with the components I have Paid.
Is there any provision to check the components inside a desktop computer without opening the cabinet?

You do not need to open the computer cabinet to verify the system components. You can check the currently installed system components from the System Information window.
To open the System Information window, follow the steps.
- Open Windows Run by pressing the Windows and R keys together.
- Type the following command on the run window and press the Enter key.
Windows will display the list of installed devices (including the Operating system version). Cross-check the components list provided by your vendor with the System Information.
