I have purchased a brand new Windows 11 laptop from online. It is showing some problems. Whenever I switch on it, it starts downloading files. It does not provide any details of the downloading files and the system is slow.

BewKazami, your laptop seems have problems with downloading the Windows updates. As siva mentioned, connect your laptop with an unmetered WiFi network. Update the OS.

Thank you everybody, but Windows 11 update failed. It shows we could not update the Windows 11. Seems unlucky.
