Occasionally showing connectivity issues and ping gives request timed out message.

Hello, my windows 11 PC shows connectivity problems. When I ping google from Command Prompt, it ends with request timed out.

Packets: sent 4 received 0 and lost 4.

What does it mean?

I heard Windows 11 has a hidden administrator. Is it true? If there is one, how can we activate it?

I bought a brand new HP laptop last month. My problem with this HP laptop model is its frequent hanging. It hangs in the middle of my work, and none of the keys work at that time.

Has any member experienced the same problem? It has an i5 processor and Windows 11 Operating system.
