Whenever I send hi to my Google Chat friend, I receive an error message. You cannot message and the friend's name. Why?

I believe your friend blocked you in Google Chat. Verify it with him.

Yes, Rejeena, the Google chat ID is correct. I guess Thomas is right about it. But not sure though :roll:
